Got questions about shipping? We've got answers! Here are the most common questions our Happy Trails Pet Co customers ask about getting their pet products delivered.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note, there are products that will require up to 2 weeks shipping time.  It will be noted at check out.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. For damaged items, we may ask for photos to help process your claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in our fulfillment process. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.

What carriers do you use?

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your pet products arrive safely. Your tracking information will show which carrier is handling your specific shipment.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?

Sometimes tracking information can experience delays in updating, especially during busy shipping periods or holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days past the expected delivery date, please reach out to us and we'll investigate.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that some expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

Will I be notified when my order is delivered?

Yes! When you have a tracking number, you'll automatically receive notifications when your package is out for delivery and when it's been delivered.
