At Happy Trails Pet Co, we're committed to getting your pet's favorite products to your door quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Please Note that some items can take as long as 2 Weeks. It will be noted at check out.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout for urgent orders
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
